Laura is an experienced professional with over 40 years in Human Resource Development, focusing on training and development, productivity improvement, and quality management across various sectors, including Finance, IT, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Production. Holding a B Tech in Human Resource Development, she has facilitated numerous workshops covering topics such as asset management, sales techniques, business presentation skills, coaching, conflict handling, project management, and quality management, among others.
In addition to her corporate expertise, Laura has a passion for personal development and coaching, having coached baseball at the provincial level for 30 years and developed players for provincial and national teams. She is also certified in personal training for yoga, which she practices to promote strength and flexibility. With her energetic and hands-on approach, Laura inspires others to achieve their goals, sharing her extensive knowledge and experiences to foster growth and improvement in those she works with. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys horse riding, hiking, Pilates, swimming, yoga, dancing, and baseball.
